The Wee Isle Dairy
Wee Isle Dairy is the family owned dairy farm based at Tarbert Farm on the Isle of Gigha, Kintyre on the south west Argyll coast of Scotland. They set the company up primarily to pasteurise & bottle the milk from their cows and make artisan ice cream. Emma Rennie Dennis and her brother Mark Rennie milk roughly 60 cows, mostly Friesians to produce the beautifully creamy milk which we serve in their distinctive glass bottles at breakfast. Milk from the Wee Isle Dairy is only whole milk which is believed to be the healthiest form of milk.
