Highland Fold Ice Cream

Highland Fold Ice Cream is owned and run by Jane Isaacson. Based in Barcaldine, a mere 7 miles away from us, her wonderful ice creams are made from the milk of her own small fold of Highland cattle, and flavoured with seasonal, local and sustainable natural ingredients – many of which have been foraged or grown locally on the farm. The cows are free to forage on the herb rich pasture which grows naturally at Achinreir Farm. Make sure to the garden & barn cafe where the serve delicious artisan ice cream made on the farm, along with bakes and hot puddings, speciality teas and artisan coffee and home-made fresh fruit quenchers.
