Eoghan Black Langoustine
Based on the Island of Lismore, Eoghan Black uses the sustainable method of creel baiting, and lifts around 400 creels a day from his boat "Enterprise" to provide us with around 60kg of langoustines each week. If you are lucky you will see his boat docking at the pier to drop off langoustines right outside the hotel. Eoghan's father Gilleasbuig has been fishing for langoustine since 1989, with Eoghan joining him over 14 years ago and now is the proud skipper of the Enterprise.
