These are our standard prices but depending on the season and length of stay, rates will reduce accordingly.
Prices may change periodically but the price quoted at the time of booking will be valid. Special rates are applicable for Hogmanay.

This entitles Guests to a £30 allocation from the A La Carte menu with a complimentary cafetiere of coffee or a pot of tea.

Children's Prices

2-12 years - £10.00 per night B & B
The childrens rate for ages 2 - 12 years only applies when sharing with two adults, otherwise it is full price.
Extra fold-away beds, travel cots and high chairs provided for families
Dogs
£10.00 per dog per night
Well-behaved, quiet and house-trained dogs with a dog basket are welcome. Dogs must not be left unattended in the rooms at any time and must be dried off before being brought into the the hotel.
Deposits
One night's accommodation deposit per room per night is required to be paid prior to confirmation.
Payment
Payments will be accepted by cash, UK cheques, sterling travellers cheques, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Maestro or Amex
Cancellation Policy - Please note that should you cancel within a 7 day period you would be liable for the full balance. Cancellations outside of the 7 day period will incur a 10% administration charge deducted from the deposit. We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance against any unforeseen cancellation.
