TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is subject to availability for the nights of 27th & 28th December 2010 (Bed & Breakfast only).
2. Offers are non-refundable / non-transferable and you will be asked to pay in full when making your reservation.
3. Rooms already booked at standard rates cannot be exchanged for Last Minute Pierhouse rates.
4. Individual room preferences cannot be guaranteed.
5. This offer is per room per night for double or twin occupancy and is not available for single occupancy stays.  For children aged 2-12 years sharing with their parents in a family room there is an additional cost of £25.00 pn or for an elder child or extra person at £50.00 pn
6. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
7. Guests must eat dinner in The Pierhouse Restauarant on each night of their stay and will be entitled to an allocation of £30 per person per night from the A la Carte Menu and will receive a complimentary cafetiere of coffe or pot of tea.  Children may eat off the children's menu and will be charged accordingly depending on the dishes eaten. No credits or refund will be given if guests choose not to select dishes up to the value of £30.00.
